How to use:
Apply gel base coat and color, then cure.
Cut the decal close to the design.
Soak the decal in room temperature water for 15-30 seconds.
Remove from water, dab off excess water, and peel or slide the decal off the paper.
Place the decal on your tacky nail and smooth out wrinkles.
File off extra decal edges carefully.
Seal with a top coat or acrylic, then cure.
Apply a second top coat and cure again.
Buff nails smooth. For full coverage decals, add a third top coat.
