DG Customs specializes in personalized products. By placing an order, you understand that the customization is based on your provided specifications. Changes cannot be made once an order is confirmed and in production.
Please ensure all details, designs, and requests are accurate before submitting your order. DG Customs is not responsible for errors in submitted content, including typos or incorrect designs provided by the customer.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary based on product type, customization complexity, and demand. You will be provided with an estimated timeline upon order confirmation.
Delays in providing required design files or order information may result in delays in production.
4. Shipping Policy
Shipping Times
We aim to ship your custom orders as quickly as possible. Standard shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment, and we will review the situation to determine the next steps.
For any approved returns, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

All designs and content provided by DG Customs are the intellectual property of the company and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our explicit written consent. By submitting custom designs, you confirm that you own the rights or have the necessary permissions to use the designs. DG Customs is not liable for any intellectual property violations caused by customer-provided content.

DG Customs is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that result from the use of our services or products, including delays, lost packages, or incorrect design specifications provided by the customer. In no event shall DG Customs' liability exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
